'Glee' Co-Creator Ryan Murphy Lists $6.9 Million Malibu Beachfront Mansion -- Take a Peek Inside (PHOTOS)
Usually Hollywood's A-Listers are flocking to their Malibu, Calif. beach houses for the summer, but Ryan Murphy is bucking the trend and moving out of his home.
The creator of Glee and American Horror Story has put his $6.9 million mansion up for sale, and Celebuzz has a look inside the stunning digs.
So, what exactly does that price tag get in the gorgeous beach side community?
According to Real Estalker, the mansion boasts three bedrooms, and three and a half bathrooms over 2,095 square feet. Not to mention the fact sounds of waves crashing can be heard from anywhere in the house.
Murphy bought the home from Charlize Theron last year for $6.5 million, and did some renovations to the house, so he's expected to make a decent amount off the sale.
Plus, we're sure he'd hardly have any time to utilize the home, thanks to his busy schedule. Not only is Murphy working on Glee's fourth season and American Horror Story's second season, but his new series, The New Normal, was picked up by NBC and will premiere this fall. Not to mention the big screen film he's developing for Reese Witherspoon, Gwyneth Paltrow and Cameron Diaz.
Watch a preview of The New Normal, which stars The Hangover's Justin Bartha, below.
