I always love feeling fresh and healthy during this time of the year so I am going on a no carb, no alcohol, no sugar, no diary diet. For me this is the fastest way to feeling great.
It may sound hard, but a little discipline never hurt anyone — and if the result makes you feel good, it’s worth it!
