Lindsay Lohan once again found herself in the middle of a media firestorm Friday afternoon after it was reported that she was found "unresponsive" inside her penthouse room at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, in Marina de Rey, Calif.

The embattled actress, 25, has been filming scenes for the Lifetime TV movie Liz and Dick, in which she plays the late Elizabeth Taylor, and it appears that the busy schedule got to her.

However, Lohan's rep tells Celebuzz that the actress is doing fine. “Lindsay worked a grueling schedule the past few days. She was on set last night at 7 p.m. and worked through the night until 8 a.m. this morning,” spokesperson Steve Honig said.

This is just the latest of a series of unfortunate events that have plagued the young star.

TMZ reports that a private doctor was sent by the Liz and Dick production team after Lohan complained of exhaustion. The doctor then "called the hotel and asked someone to check on Lindsay. Someone from the hotel went to her door, "checked on her" and determined she was 'unresponsive," according to the website. A phone call to 911 was subsequently placed.
