Chris Brown, Drake Brawl: HLN’s Jane Velez-Mitchell Sounds Off On Tony Parker’s Lawsuit Against Club (VIDEO)

Celebuzz Single Player Autoplay (CORE). No changes are to be made to this player.

NBA star Tony Parker is suing NYC nightclub W.i.P. for $20 million over a scratched cornea he claims he suffered during a fight involving singer Chris Brown and members of hip-hop star Drake entourage.

According to Parker, the SoHo-based venue and its operators were negligent in security and supervision, which allowed the fight to take place.

But can he win the legal stoush?

"Anybody can sue, but how could the club have foreseen [the incident]?" HLN anchor Jane Velez-Mitchell told Celebuzz, answering questions in our #AskJane video feature.

What else did Jane have to say?

"Are they supposed to interview everyone that comes in to the club," the vetern news woman said, answering another Celebuzz readers' question.

"Who do you like? Who don't you like? Who have you dated? Who did you recently break up with? It's too much to ask for a nightclub."

Each week, we take questions for Velez-Mitchell, who addresses these topics and more on her HLN show Jane Velez-Mitchell, at 7PM EST.

Check out HLNtv.com for more details.

In the meantime, send us your questions for Velez-Mitchell on Facebook or tweet your questions to @CELEBUZZ using the hashtag #askjane -- or, simply write your question below in the comments section.

We’ll send your questions along to the newsmaker, who will pick her favorites and answer them on video which we’ll publish exclusively here on Celebuzz.

Jane Velez Mitchell is an idiot. If the club invited both Brown and Drake to the club then they would have known their was a feud.
