Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes Divorce: The Former Couple's Shared Estates (PHOTOS)

With a divorce in the works, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes -- and their lawyers -- have several issues to address. Certainly not the least of them: the division of the stars' estates.

Though the estranged couple mostly resided in their multi-million dollar West Village apartment in New York City, Cruise, 49, and Holmes, 33, shared several homes around the world before calling it quits on June 29.

So which one of their properties will be at stake in the divorce settlement?

For one, Cruise and Holmes' impressive $35 million Beverly Hills mansion will certainly be addressed in the proceedings. The 10,286-square-foot estate sits on 1.3 acres of land and boasts a tennis court and a pool.

As Celebuzz previously reported, the couple announced on Friday that they have split after five years of marriage, with Holmes filing for divorce from the Rock of Ages actor.

A rep for Cruise confirmed the separation to Celebuzz, saying in a statement, “Kate has filed for divorce and Tom is deeply saddened and is concentrating on his three children. Please allow them their privacy.”

“This is a personal and private matter for Katie and her family,” Holmes' attorney Jonathan Wolfe added. “Katie’s primary concern remains, as it always has been, her daughter’s best interest.”

The couple were married in a lavish ceremony inside a converted 15th-century armory in Italy’s Odescalchi Castle in November 2006.

Cruise and Holmes are parents to six-year-old Suri. Cruise is also father to daughter Isabella, 19, and son Connor, 17, from a previous marriage to actress Nicole Kidman.
