Lindsay Lohan’s 26th Birthday: The ‘Liz & Dick’ Star’s Life and Career in Pictures (PHOTOS)
After dancing the night away with her friends, the actress was presented with cake and Sprinkles Cupcakes, and the whole room broke out singing “Happy Birthday.”
The bash went off without a hitch, which is good news for the headline-making actress, especially after her scary June 15 incident where she was treated for exhaustion.
There have been a whole lot of changes — professionally, physically, legally — since the freckle-faced kid version of Lindsay hit the scene in The Parent Trap until 2011, where she’s been in and out of court, rehab, house arrest, etc. Click through the gallery to see her life through the years.
Most recently, Lohan has starred on Glee and landed the coveted leading role of Elizabeth Taylor in the biopic, Liz & Dick.
But that hasn’t kept her out of the headlines. On June 15, Lohan was treated for exhaustion after being found unresponsive in the penthouse of the Ritz Carlton hotel in Marina del Ray, Calif. Representatives for the actress later clarified that the 911 call was placed after she did not respond to knocks at her suite door.
The incident occurred after the actress completed an all-night shoot and had kept up a grueling schedule in recent days, Honig said.
The actress was not transported to the hospital and returned to the set of the film Friday afternoon.
“Note to self.. After working 85 hours in 4 days, and being up all night shooting, be very aware that you might pass out from exhaustion & 7 paramedics MIGHT show up @ your door… Hopefully they’re cute. Otherwise it would be a real let down,” Lohan posted to her Twitter following the incident.
But she was a total pro, returning to the Liz & Dick set later that day.
Only time will tell what’s next for Lindsay, but it’s sure to be another exciting year for the actress.
