Katie Holmes has reportedly won her one wish — primary custody of their six-year-old daughter, Suri.

After much speculation about a potentially contentious court battle, Tom Cruise and his estranged wife quietly came to a settlement behind closed doors.

Read on to find out what role Cruise will play in his youngest child’s life as determined in their private pact.

Holmes will continue to live in New York City with Suri, according to RadarOnline.com.

L.A.-based Cruise — who has not seen his daughter since the blockbuster breakup — has been granted generous visitation rights, though.

But even when with her cross-country father, Suri will be accompanied by Holmes’ hired nanny and bodyguards.

“Katie insisted that Suri’s nanny and bodyguards always accompany her when she visits Tom … to ensure a smooth and easy transition for Suri when she is with Tom,” a source said.

The insider added that Cruise, 50, “only has Scientologists that work for him and Katie insisted that her staff will always be with their daughter.”

“Under terms of the settlement, Suri isn’t permitted to be exposed to anything Scientology related and this includes going to any Scientology churches or parties,” the source added.

“Katie made sure that this was ironclad in the agreement.”

Just before announcing their divorce settlement, the former couple released a joint statement stressing their focus on protecting their only child.

“We are committed to working together as parents to accomplish what is in our daughter Suri’s best interests,” reps for Holmes and Cruise told Celebuzz in a joint statement.

“We want to keep matters affecting our family private and express our respect for each other’s commitment to each of our respective beliefs and support each other’s roles as parents,” they explained, as first reported by PEOPLE.

In a statement late Monday, Holmes’ attorney, Jonathan Wolfe, sought to deny some media reports he said were inaccurate, without citing them by name.

“There are numerous inaccuracies in the reports regarding the purported contents of the agreement reached between the parties,” he said.

“The agreement is confidential and its terms will not be disclosed.”

Holmes and Suri recently moved into a 3-bedroom apartment in Chelsea, where the pair have been spotted out since the 33-year-old filed for divorce on June 28.

After wrapping filming on his upcoming sci-fi flick Oblivion in Iceland, Cruise, 50, has been laying low in his L.A. home with his teenage children, Connor, 17, and Bella, 19.
