Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon Selling $5.5m Bahamas Island Home -- Take a Peek Inside (PHOTOS)

Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey are leaving their island paradise.

The host of America's Got Talent, 31, and his "Fantasy" diva wife, 42, have put their stunning beach home in the Bahamas on the market for a whopping $5.5 million, Celebuzz has confirmed.

The 4,000 square foot property named "Sea Lily" is nestled on Windermere Island and boasts three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a swimming pool at the front of the villa looks directly to the ocean.

"Windermere is a private island, popular with a handful of well known owners who have their homes here," the property listing.

"They fly in by helicopter or private jet and enjoy the privacy and seclusion of this tropical island."

What else does the home have?

"Sea Lily is right on the ocean front and has superb views from every room of the house," the listing boasts. "It is just a few steps from the villa to the beach in front."

The villa has four separate buildings and two garages, while the guest rooms are in located in an additional building adjacent to the main living area.  Each has a marble bathroom and wet bar.

"This home is ideal as a retreat from a stressful lifestyle - where you can relax and get away from everything," the realtor says.

Carey and Cannon, who married in 2008, are currently renting a home near North Haven, N.Y. for $125,000 a month.

That home includes six bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms, with over 7,500 square feet.

That should be plenty of room for their 15-month-old twins Moroccan and Monroe to run around!

Nice place, and nice Photos, good luck to them with selling it and to whomever will buy it and could afford a place like that?

it's none of the public's business what celebs do with their money and besides Mariah & Nick never used it that often so it's better to sell it then to keep it. it's nice to be a legend like Mariah is isn't it that's like Joanne Woodward keeps the 5th avenue penthouse her & Paul Newman bought in 1983 so she doesn't have to rent a hotel room when she's in the city for a charity bennefit or broadway show

I'll never undersand why beach-front home owners feels the need to have a swimming pool when they have the ocean at their doorstep. Especially on such a pivate island where you can be sure the average tourtist can't afford to go. Other than that, nice crib.
