Miley Cyrus Debuts Blonde 'Do During Outing With Liam Hemsworth (PHOTOS)
The Hannah Montana actress, 19, ditched her red locks and showed off a new blonde summer 'do while out skateboarding with her fiancee Liam Hemsworth on Sunday. Her lighter locks were out in full force as she rode down the street wearing a white tank, skimpy black shorts and Converse shoes.
Later, Cyrus tweeted a photo of herself with this caption:
"Now that I'm blonde I gotta give duck lips in every photo."Blonde hair isn't the only change to Cyrus' appearance.
Last week, the "Can't Be Tamed" singer was spotted leaving a Pilates class in Studio City, Calif., flaunting her toned tummy and showing off her latest tattoo.
Cyrus already sports 14 other tattoos, and her newest is a biggie: the writing takes over the majority of her left forearm.

I really hope Miley can get her life toheegtr before she goes down a path of destruction. She's gorgeous, and is a great actress. The drinking/drugs rumors are scaring me. I also heard that she is no longer speaking to her father. She's too young for this. As far as for the tattoo, It could mean something to her, or she could be attempting to get more attention. Her efforts will definitely be considered by the LGBT community. It takes more than a tattoo though. I want to see her clean.
