Russell Brand Steps Out With Isabella Brewster As Divorce From Katy Perry Is Finalized (UPDATE)

Russell Brand made it pretty clear that he has moved on from ex-wife Katy Perry, when the actor-comedian was seen walking with his arm around rumored girlfriend Isabella Brewster this weekend.

The pair took a casual stroll together at the Pacific Palisades Market, in Calif., where Brand, 37, donned a black-and-white rocker ensemble as he held onto his new gal pal.

However, Brand is obviously feeling the pressure of juggling a new relationship and a divorce, taking to Facebook on Tuesday morning to have his say.

Brand begged for people to realize, he too is hurting.

Brand was caught out slagging off his former wife while filming his new show Brand X in Los Angeles this week.

Responding to a couple in the audience called Curtis and Katy, Brand interrupted them, saying: "Anyway, enough of you. I've had enough a*se-ache from people called Katy in the last year."

However, on Tuesday morning Brand begged fans to realize he was more than a bad boy.

"Who actually cares about what I really am, or what I really think, or what I really feel?" Brand said on his Facebook.

"What's much more convenient is the idea of the cad, the bounder, the dandy, who's making these minor transgressions in the media."

He luckily has a new love to help him fell better though. Sources for US Weekly claim that Brand has been dating Brewster -- who is the younger sister of Fast Five actress Jordana Brewster -- for a few weeks, adding,"[Isabella] is all over him and Russell loves it."

Brewster was previously linked to Bradley Cooper and Milo Ventimiglia, according to US.

The sighting of Brand and Brewster is certainly interesting, if not ironic, timing; just yesterday, Brand's divorce from his wife of 14 months, Katy Perry, was finalized, making him officially single.

Brand filed for divorce in December, citing irreconcilable differences.

Perry has since been linked to Robert Ackroyd of the popular band Florence + The Machine.
