As Celebuzz previously reported, Halle Berry was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles Tuesday night after taking a nasty fall and hitting her head on the concrete while filming her new movie The Hive. The actress, 45, was transported to the hospital in an ambulance, and the set was shut down shortly thereafter.

She has since been released, her rep telling Celebuzz, “Halle Berry suffered a minor head injury while shooting a fight sequence on the set of her film, The Hive. She was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released. She’ll continue production as planned.”

This isn’t the  actress’ first on-set injury. Berry suffered an eye injury while shooting the James Bond film, Die Another Day, in 2002. A year later, she broke her arm on set of Gothika, and in 2004, she was hospitalized after she was hit in the head with a lighting prop while filming the ill-fated Catwoman.

Berry joins a slew of other celebs like Kristen Stewart, Brad Pitt and Johnny Depp who’ve all gotten injured on the job. Click through the gallery to see their tumbles, spills and on-set injuries.

Last week, Kristin Chenoweth, the Tony Award-winning actress and singer, was injured after falling from scaffolding on the set of the series The Good Wife, but thankfully was soon released from the hospital to heal at home.

This isn’t the first time the tiny Broadway star has injured herself on the job. In 2011, she injured her back on the set of Glee when she tumbled down a set of concrete stairs. Ouch!

Hilary Swank has perhaps the funniest on-set injury to date. During filming of P.S. I Love You, she was hit in the face with Gerard Butler’s suspenders when they broke during an on-set striptease for her character. The suspenders whacked her on the head, and she had to get three stitches.

Actor Chris Hemsworth revealed he gave himself a black eye with Tom Hiddleston’s whip on the set of Thor. The hunky star admitted he ignored warnings to be careful with the weapon.
