Cameras caught the 50-year-old as he carried a sleepy-looking Suri past the paparazzi. The actor wore a simple ensemble -- a blue t-shirt, jeans and sunglasses.
Six-year-old Suri, who wore the same orange dress and flats she donned earlier that afternoon, clung to Cruise as their day came to a close, and kept her face shielded behind his neck, presumably to avoid getting her picture taken. She also held onto a white stuffed animal that rested in between her and Cruise.

Holmes filed for divorce from Cruise on June 29, after five and a half years of marriage. The former couple agreed to a confidential settlement 10 days later.

Holmes is said to have received custody rights to Suri, who was born on April 18, 2006, while Cruise will receive generous visitation rights.
Cruise married Holmes in November 2006, about a year and a half after they made their high-profile debut.
