Mark Wahlberg is trying to sell his home in Beverly Hills, Calif. — again.

The Ted actor has listed the property for the third time in four years — this time, with an asking price of $12,995,000.

What will you get for that price, which is already down $3 million from its previous listing?

The lavish estate features a full-size gym and basketball court, seven bedrooms — one of which includes a movie projector, 10 bathrooms, and a pool with its own waterfall.

The home was first built in 1985, according to The Daily Mail. Wahlberg lives there presently with his wife, Rhea Durham, and their four children Ella, 11, Michael, 6, Brendan, 4, and Grace, 2.

According to reports, Wahlberg plans to move his family to a 30,000 square-foot home that he has already begun working on.
