Executors of Michael Jackson Estate Want to Strip Katherine of Guardianship of MJ's Kids (REPORT)
Sources now tell TMZ that 34-year-old TJ, aka Tito Joe, Jackson is now in the process of drafting a bid to become temporary guardian of Micahel's three children, Prince Michael, Paris and Blanket.
The executors of Michael Jackson's Estate are reportedly seeking immediate guardianship of Michael's three children -- Prince Michael, 15, Paris, 14, and Blanket, 10 -- after their grandmother, Katherine, 82, left them alone at the Calabasas, Calif. mansion.
According to sources who spoke to TMZ, the executors feel that Katherine "has been effectively kidnapped" by some of the late pop star's siblings, leaving the three children "in danger and without supervision." She is reportedly resting at a home in Arizona.
The developments comes just one day after Celebuzz exclusively reported that at least three of Michael's siblings -- Janet, Jermaine and Randy -- showed up to Katherine's Calabasas' mansion on Tuesday afternoon in an attempt to remove Prince Michael, Paris and Blanket.
"Janet, Jermaine and Randy turned up with what appeared to be a television crew in tow," a source told Celebuzz.
Their efforts were thwarted by members of Katherine's security team, who quickly called police to the scene.
“Lost Hills deputies responded to a family disturbance at the home of Katherine Jackson in the city of Calabasas. Deputies determined that a physical altercation had occurred, a battery. It involved members on the Jackson family,” Steve Whitmore, a spokesman for the Sheriff’s Department, confirmed.
Katherine was first reported missing Saturday by her nephew, Trent.
Her son, Jermaine, quickly disputed the report on Twitter, writing, "Let me put to bed today’s nonsense: as I made clear some days ago, Mother is safe and well in Arizona with her daughter and our sister, Rebbie, resting up on doctor’s advice, so it is beyond me how she can be reported ‘missing.'"
As of Monday, Katherine was spotted playing cards at a resort in Arizona.
“She is safe and with family members,” L.A. Sheriff’s Deputy Don Walker read from a statement Monday morning, L.A. Now reported.
In the process, Paris has released a series of angry tweets, demanding to see Katherine immediately.
"9 days and counting… so help me god i will make whoever did this pay," she tweeted Tuesday morning.
"something is really off , this isn’t like her at all .. i wanna talk directly to my grandmother!!<|3" she added Monday evening.
The family drama emerged just days after Celebuzz exclusively obtained a letter signed by Michael’s sisters Janet, Rebbie and brothers Tito, Randy and Jermaine Jackson, in which the family accused the executors of Michael’s estate, John Branca and John McClain, of faking Michael’s final will before his death on June 25, 2009.
“Since the passing of Michael, our beloved brother, you have failed to perform your duties as executors of his estate, but what you have not failed at is taking advantage of a grieving mother, father and a grieving family,” says the Jackson’s letter. ”Our brother told us, in no uncertain terms and without hesitation in the months prior to his death, that he despised both of you and that he did not want either of you to have anything to do with his life or estate for that matter.”
The letter also alleged that Katherine had suffered a mini-stroke as a result of the drama.
