Sofia Vergara Poses For Post Engagement Photo in The Hamptons (EXCLUSIVE)
There was bling -- but not the kind the world wanted to see -- when Sofia Vergara posed for her first post-engagement photo over the weekend.
Flashing costume jewelry and not the diamond sparkler that on-again, off-again fiancé Nick Loeb gave her when he proposed recently.
The 40-year-old was photographed at in The Hamptons, N.Y. alongside son Manolo Gonzalez, his girlfriend and friends.
Where was Loeb?
Though Loeb -- the entrepreneurial businessman and aspiring politician -- was not in frame, the pair was spotted having an intimate dinner Friday night at high-end eatery Georgica.
On Saturday, another eyewitness spotted them dining with friends, including Prudential Douglas Elliman chairman Howard Lorber, at Nobu in Southampton, where a fellow diner told Celebuzz, "Sofia was wearing her huge engagement ring and was being congratulated by everyone."
The couple were staying in a private mansion in Southampton with close friends, event production sales executive Patrick Bolchoz and real estate developer Matthew Levine.
After, they headed to the club, South Pointe, where they got the party started in a private cabana.
"Sofia was glowing and looked happier than ever," one fellow partygoer told Celebuzz.
As we previously reported, Loeb popped the question earlier this month in front of friends and family at an ancient monument in Mexico while celebrating the star's 40th birthday.
At the time, a source exclusively told Celebuzz: "Nick 'popped the question' while at the Mayan archeological ruins of Chichen Itza with the entire birthday entourage. The couple returned back to Rosewood Mayakoba where they celebrated with family and friends, including Modern Family cast mates Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Julie Bowen, and Sarah Hyland."
The actress briefly split with Loeb in May, with sources blaming a series of fights for the rift.
But by June the couple apparently reconciled and was photographed holding hands in New York.
