After nine years of marriage and three sons together, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof and husband Paul Nassif are splitting.
Dr. Paul Nassif filed for legal separation in an L.A. County Superior Court Monday morning, asking for joint legal and physical custody of the pair's children. Maloof's estranged husband also petitioned for each party to pay their own attorneys' fees.
"The welfare of our children is my primary focus as Adrienne and I work through this difficult time," Nassif told TMZ. "I want the best for her and our children and I hope that everyone can respect our privacy away from the cameras."
What caused the split?
Filming of the upcoming season of RHOBH has allegedly put strain on their marriage and is a reason for their separation. A third party is not a factor in this decision.
According to the court documents, the former couple married under a pre-nuptial agreement. The date of their separation is currently listed as "TBD."debut a new flavor of Zing vodka — Red Velvet.
There was an eclectic turn-out, which included the Wu-Tang Clan’s RZA, Mario Lopez, Bobby Trendy, and Los Angeles Laker Ron Artest.
And of course, a few of Maloof’s beloved Housewives were there, including Camille Grammer and Kyle Richards, the latter joined by her husband, Mauricio.
