Minka Kelly and James Marsden Stun as Jackie O and JFK on the 'Butler' Set (PHOTOS)
Minka Kelly is taking on her biggest role yet: Jackie Kennedy! The Friday Night Lights star will portray the former First Lady in Lee Daniels' upcoming film, The Butler. Kelly will share the big screen with James Marsden, who stars as former President John F. Kennedy.
Kelly was photographed on set sporting Jackie O's signature bob and string of pearls, while her movie husband Marsden looked spiffy in sharp suit and tie.

Daniels' The Butler will follow Eugene Allen (played by Forrest Whitaker), a White House butler who worked in eight different administrations, throughout his life. The all-star cast includes Oprah Winfrey as Allen's wife, John Cusack as Richard Nixon, Alan Rickman as Ronald Reagan, Jane Fonda as Nancy Reagan, Robin Williams as Dwight Eisenhower and Alex Pettyfer.
Can you say Oscar bait?
"I connected with it because it is ultimately a father son story with a civil rights backdrop," Daniels told Screen Daily in May. "In my lifetime there were separate water fountains, swimming pools and toilets for blacks. People forget that. This is such an exciting journey for me."
Hopefully, the film is better received than Kelly's last project: ABC's ill-fated Charlie's Angles reboot, which was canceled after only four episodes.
