Ben Stiller Lists Manhattan Duplex for $9.6 Million -- Take a Peek Inside (PHOTOS)
The Tower Heist star, 46, and his wife, actress Christine Taylor, 40, bought the Roman and Williams designed duplex four years ago for a whopping $10 million. Even though they may be taking a loss when they bid it adieu, it’ll be someone else’s gain.
The hefty asking price will get the new owner a 4,000-square-foot contemporary crib with expansive Hudson River views, an enormous living room space and an eat-in cook’s kitchen with banquette, Viking appliances, two dishwashers and a Sub-Zero refrigerator – and that’s only on the top floor.
What's on the bottom floor?
Downstairs includes a master bedroom accented with cherry wood walls, silk carpeting, a spa bathroom with steam shower and mosaic tile floors, and a cherry master walk-in closet.
Other A-list amenities include three large bedrooms (which were perfect for Stiller's two kids Ella and Quinlan), a media screening room, maid’s quarters, laundry room and service entrance. And if you don’t want to climb stairs, there’s an elevator to make it an easier journey.
The luxe living space is located in the pricey Upper West Side area of the Big Apple, which has long been a celebrity home hotspot; other stars in the area include Robert De Niro, Alec Baldwin and Madonna.
