MTV Star Rob Dyrdek Lists His L.A. Home for Over $1.2 Million (PHOTOS)
And if the Lake Hollywood abode looks familiar, it's because it was at the center of Dyrdek's MTV reality show for two years.
Now, the professional skateboarder and Fantasy Factory star is offering a piece of TV history for the hefty sum of $1.249 million; he bought the pad in 2005 for $1.4 million.
What can you get for that kind of dough?
The modern mid-century 2,792-square-foot home has expansive floor-to-ceiling walls of glass, overlooking a stunning city view; it comes complete with all the usual L.A. must-haves – a private pool area and an open living space with 15-foot vaulted ceilings.
The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath pad also has a newly upgraded kitchen that includes a center island, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and cherry wood cabinets. The living room opens up to dramatic high ceilings and a two-story smoke stack fireplace, and sliding glass doors take over every room throughout the house and open to large balconies with views of the Los Angeles skyline.
For even more privacy, two more bedrooms can be found on the second level of the house, along with an extra room on the lower level.
Dyrdek is already a pro at the real estate game, having put another Hollywood Hills home on the market for $2.399 million a few months ago and then buying a new spread for $2.5 million just last month.
