Celebuzz 101 Hot Bodies: Kelly Bensimon Admits She's 'Not Really a Big Fan' of Her Body (PHOTOS AND VIDEO)

She has one of the hottest bodies in Hollywood, but can you believe former Real Housewives of New York City star Kelly Bensimon isn't a big fan of her figure?

The 44-year-old reality TV star-turned-author -- who ranked No. 51 on the Celebuzz 101 Hot Bodies countdown -- revealed this and more in her exclusive video interview with Celebuzz.

Among the other tidbits: Bensimon shares her secrets to the perfect workout, which she says is more about the quality and less about the amount of time you spend getting into shape.

"A good workout is something, for me, that allows you the freedom to let your mind relax, and to release endorphins. That's when you're getting a good workout."
