'Glee' Season 4 Songs: Rachel to Sing 'Oops!... I Did It Again' and Blaine 'Wants To Rule The World'
With only 24 days until the new season of Glee premieres, expect an influx of spoilers over the upcoming weeks.
Britney Spears will once again reportedly get the Glee treatment with Rachel (Lea Michele) doing a super sexy version of "Oops!... I Did It Again." But Finchel fans, be warned: Rachel's dance partner is none other than new guy Brody played by Dean Geyer, who she enlists to help prove to her NYADA dance instructor (Kate Hudson) that she can be sexy.
You can take the girl out of Ohio, but can you take the Ohio out of the girl?
Thanks to Brody, Rachel's choreography gets extra steamy -- perhaps, a little too steamy.
According to Vulture, the routine is "Fosse-esque" and full of "suggestive" and slightly controversial moves between Rachel and the new guy.
Good thing Rachel will have a roommate she can vent all of her boy problems to -- as a very "bored and aimless" Kurt (Chris Colfer) will move to New York to intern at Vogue.com.
New roommates Rachel and Kurt are also moving off the island, shacking up in Brooklyn, N.Y. Given the pair's combined gross income, it doesn't look like these BFFs will be hanging with fabulous Upper East Siders anytime soon. But thanks to Kurt's new gig at Vogue, they may be able to look like them. Kurt’s Vogue mentor Isabelle Klempt (Sarah Jessica Parker) will give Rachel a stylish new makeover.
Meanwhile back at McKinley, a lonely Blaine (Darren Criss) will be performing “Everybody Wants to Rule the World” in an upcoming episode. Blaine and Kurt will reportedly try to make their long distance relationship work, but they might not make it past Episode 4, entitled "The Break-Up." In a recent Glee promo, Blaine also takes the lead on a cover of Imagine Dragons' "It's Time."
Unfortunately for Brittana fans, Brittany (Heather Morris) will sorrowfully sing the Spears classic, “Everytime," while looking at a picture of Santana (Naya Rivera) in the tribute episode. Glee executive producer Brad Falchuk recently told TVLine that "all of the core relationships are tested" this season.
“I’m not going to say who breaks up and who doesn’t, but they all — Santana/Brittany, Kurt/Blaine, Will/Emma, Rachel/Finn — get kicked in the nuts. And it’s all about how do they recover — and can they recover? And some don’t. Absolutely some don’t. Of those couples, not all of them are going to make it. It’s like Titanic."
Glee Season 4 kicks off Thursday, Sept. 13 at 9 PM on FOX.
