Rob Lowe Sells $5.9m California Beach House -- Take a Peek Inside (PHOTOS)
Rob Lowe is moving up -- and out.
The Parks and Recreation actor has recently sold his home at Carpinteria, Calif., for a whopping $5.9 million.
The 2,082 square feet oceanside getaway, which boasts three spacious bedroom and bathrooms, was picked up by insurance tycoon William P. "Bill" Foley II.
However, Lowe's former home-away-from-home isn't the only swanky pad he owned in the area.
Lowe, 48, and his wife Sheryl, share a 20-room Georgian-style home tucked away in Montecito. In fact, the proud homeowners even opened their doors to Architectural Digest magazine in 2010 and again for Oprah Winfrey's show in 2011.
Lowe's former beach house was also featured on the segment, in which the West Wing actor stated that the seaside abode is just 18 feet wide.
