'Perks of Being a Wallflower' First Look: Never-Before-Seen Stills Featuring Emma Watson, Logan Lerman (EXCLUSIVE PHOTOS)

Emma Watson takes on one of her most serious roles to date in The Perks of Being a Wallflower, the new indie drama from writer-director Stephen Chbosky.

In the film, Watson plays Sam, a high school senior who learns to deal with the exciting highs and painful lows of American adolescence when she and her step-brother (Ezra Miller) befriend an incoming freshman named Charlie (Logan Lerman).

On Wednesday, Celebuzz obtained three exclusive new images from the movie, one of which features a short-haired Watson looking at the camera from her character's bed.
