Justin Timberlake Lists His NYC Bachelor Pad for Over $7 Million -- Take a Peek Inside the Digs (PHOTOS)
With his wedding to Jessica Biel on the horizon, Justin Timberlake is getting rid of the old and making room for the new.
The 31-year-old actor is selling his NYC digs for a cool $7.65 million – a nice profit from the $6.56 he bought the bachelor pad for in 2010 -- and Celebuzz has all the photos of his modern Big Apple abode.
The three-bedroom, 3.5-bath Penthouse A is located in the swanky Soho Mews building at 311 West Broadway and has sweeping views of the city with a private wrap-around terrace.
What does JT's million-dollar manse look like?
The superstar home boasts an art collector’s dream space with a grand gallery entrance and a dramatic glass curtain wall (with over 10-foot ceilings) for a picture perfect view of neighboring Empire State Building.
The 'SexyBack' singer knew what he was talking about when it came to the master bath that includes Statuary marble, radiant heat floor, oval freestanding tub, frameless glass-enclosed shower, Lefroy Brooks fixtures, and a Valcucine vanity.
Timberlake didn’t cut any corners in the kitchen either, which includes even more modern amenities like striated elm and smoked glass cabinetry, Jet Mist granite, Sub-Zero refrigerator and wine storage, and Miele ovens and dishwasher.
