‘Hart of Dixie’s’ George Gets a New Love Interest; ‘Once Upon a Time’ Nabs ‘Lost’s’ Jorge Garcia

Zoe Hart (Rachel Bilson) is going to have some competition for George’s (Scott Porter) heart in the second season of The CW’s Hart of Dixie. Kelen Coleman (The Newsroom, The Office) has been cast as a love interest for the newly single gentleman. Coleman was also recently cast as the lead in TV Land’s comedy pilot Brothers-in-Law. Besties Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) and Cristina Yang (Sandra Oh) are getting their very own episode of Grey’s Anatomy. Creator Shonda Rhimes says the episode will be something completely different than anything they’ve done before on the show saying, “I don’t think we’ve ever told a story the way we’re telling a story in this episode.” [TVLine]

The Roloffs are going down under. The cast of TLC’s Little People, Big World are going on vacation to Australia. The family will have an emotional journey as Zach brings his girlfriend on the trip and Jeremy sees how things have changed since he went away to college. Jorge Garcia is joining Emilie de Ravin as yet another Lost alum on ABC’s Once Upon a Time. Though there is limited information about his role, we do know the actor will be playing “The Giant.” [EW]

Showtime is starting Season 2 of Homeland off with a bang with a premiere party held on the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum in New York City on Sept. 7. Once again, he’ll be playing a kooky relative of Dwight (Rainn Wilson) in the planted spinoff episode, “The Farm.” This episode of The Office will be all about Dwight, will serve as a possible pilot and feature his many relatives. Here Comes Honey Boo Boo is taking over television. The TLC series is on a role as for the second week in a row it was the No.1 ad-supported cable show. Honey Boo Boo was also the No. 1 show for women 18-34 amongst all other networks, both broadcast and cable. The dramatic “forklift foot” reveal gave the series its highest ratings yet.
