Professional dancer and TV personality Karina Smirnoff has a rocking body -- and she's not afraid to show it.
How did she manage to get such an amazing physique?
When it comes to working out, Smirnoff -- who ranked No. 6 on the Celebuzz 101 Hot Bodies countdown -- says that it's more than just setting realistic workout goals for yourself. "It's about finding a routine that works and that I can stick to," she told Celebuzz in an exclusive video interview. "I like variety; I get bored very quickly."

Smirnoff has even developed her own uniquely customized, fitness experience for hotel, resort, and cruise ship guests called DanceFIT-KS. She also has her own line of vitamin supplements coming out soon called Karina's Ketones. On top of avoiding meat and eating egg whites and salads, the star stays on top of her game by throwing back a tablespoon of olive oil on an empty stomach to help with digestion.
