It looks like Live! made a good choice in choosing Michael Strahan to be Kelly Ripa's co-host. The footballer’s first official appearance gave the talk show a 24 percent boost from last year’s season premiere. Kate Del Castillo of Weeds will embody the Weeping Woman in the Halloween episode of NBC’s fairy tale based drama, Grimm. The episode, entitled “La Llorona,” focuses on a woman named Maria who tearfully wanders the earth looking for the ghosts of children she killed after killing herself. [THR]
Chuck Lorre, executive producer and writer of The Big Bang Theory and Two and a Half Men, has signed a four-year deal with Warner Bros. Television extending his relationship with the studio until 2016.
