Beyond the shopping, the celebrity sightings were one of the biggest draws for fans, who flocked to department stores and trend boutiques across Manhattan for a chance to see their favorite trendsetting stars.
In town for her own fashion show,Victoria Beckham, 38 — who appeared a tad curvier in her own tangerine design — posed alongside Vogue‘s Anna Wintour at New York City’s Bergdorf Goodman department store (favorite shop of Gossip Girl‘s Blair Waldorf).
Who else made an appearance at the star-studded event?
Although some of her Twilight co-stars attended the VMA’s, Nikki Reed, 24, opted to support designer Michael Kors at his Manhattan boutique — looking uber cute in a gold-clad mini.
Reality-star-turned-entrepreneur, Kim Kardashian, 31, greeted fans at Lord and Taylor’s NYC flagship store while promoting her latest fragrance collection.
Even athletes came out to support fashion’s finest. Olympian Ryan Lochte left his swimsuit and goggles at home to party at Calvin Klein’s New York boutique.
But the nation’s style capital didn’t have all the fashion fun — there were plenty of stylish star sightings at Fashion’s Night Out events across the country — and world.
In Chicago, actress, Ali Larter, 36, hosted Fashion’s Night Out runway show at the 900 N. Michigan Avenue Shops. And the Jenner girls — Kendall, 16, and Kylie, 15, — brought their fun style to Beverly Center’s Macy’s in L.A.
