Wilmer Valderrama is coming back to Suburgatory this season as new age guru Yoni. His character will be back to heal Dallas’ (Cheryl Hines) dog after the pup succumbs to devastation after losing his dog walker. Yoni first appeared as a love interest for Dallas. Valderrama will also appear on Raising Hope this season as a love interest for Sabrina’s mom (Melanie Griffith). [TV Guide]

Klaus (Joseph Morgan) is getting some new friends/hybrids on the fourth season of The Vampire Diaries. Blake Hood and Alyssa Diaz will show up in episodes five and six respectively. ABC’s Scandal has cast a Supreme Court Justice. Debra Mooney of Everwood will play the judge in a recurring role. Mooney has previously popped up in another Shonda Rhimes’ show. She played Owen Hunt’s (Kevin McKidd) mother on Grey’s Anatomy. [TVLine]

The Voice’s Cee-Lo Green may be getting another gig. NBC is reportedly developing a comedy that’s based upon Green’s relationship with his ex-wife and kids. The script would be written by Ali Leroi from Everybody Hates Chris with Green potentially starring and producing the sitcom. [EW]

Nicole Richie will appear on the Season 3 finale of the Sundance Channel’s All on the Line with Joe Zee airing Oct. 29. Richie and Zee will work together on preparing her “The Nicole Richie collection” for a QVC appearance during Fashion’s Night Out on Sept. 6.  The show premieres Monday, Sept. 10 at 9 PM.
