Amanda Bynes Is Pulled Over in L.A. With a Suspended License (REPORT)
Amanda Bynes’ luck hasn’t run out just yet.
The She’s the Man star was pulled over in Los Angeles Sunday night after her driver’s license was reportedly suspended last week -- yet miraculously, she didn’t end up in jail, according to a report Sept.10.
TMZ has obtained video of the star talking to police officers Sept. 9 after they pulled her over for driving without her headlights on. TMZ is reporting that she was given a verbal warning and then was able to drive away.
How was the actress able to drive away with a suspended license?
Last week, Bynes, 24, reportedly had her license suspended after she received two misdemeanor hit-and-run charges. Prosecutors re-opened the case in August, and if she is charged with the maximum sentence for April’s incident she could face up to a year in prison.
Law enforcement has yet to confirm that the officers who pulled her over last night ran her plates and information.
That’s not the only legal hot water Bynes has been in this year. In June, she pleaded not guilty on a DUI charge.
