Tiffani Thiessen Talks Motherhood, Staying Healthy and Cooking to Get a Great Post-Baby Body (EXCLUSIVE VIDEO)
Former Saved by the Bell star, now mother-of-one Tiffani Thiessen has a tried and true tip to staying healthy and getting your body back after having a baby — homecooking.
“I cook a lot at home, which I think a lot of the time when you cook at home you can really know what you put into your body,” the 38-year-old told Celebuzz in Beverly Hills, Calif.
“(Also) running around with a kid definitely helps.”
What other advice did this Hollywood mom have for other mothers?
Thiessen — who gave birth to her first daughter Harper two years ago — says it’s hard juggling being a parent and a thriving career, but it can be done.
“It is hard to be a mom and working, to be career-driven and get it all done, but you do it — we’re multi-taskers,” Thiessen said on at 2nd Annual Red CARpet Event to raise awareness about the importance of child passenger safety.
So what are her tips for fellow mommies?
“There is not just one, there is a million — sleep when you can, breath, take deep breaths.”
Thiessen is about to get a whole lot busier too. She just wrapped shooting USA’s White Collar and is about to film a pilot for the Food Network Channel, where she’s sure to be cooking up a storm.
