Kate Middleton and Prince William won’t let a few nude photos of the Duchess ruin their tour of Southeast Asia.

On Saturday, the royal couple were all smiles when they paid a visit to a rainforest in the Malaysian part of Borneo. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, both 30, are in the middle of a tour to celebrate Queen Elizabeth’s Diamond Jubilee.

“Their royal highnesses are feeling upbeat, they are enjoying the tour and they will not in any way allow what has happened in France to overshadow the tour and their work on behalf of The Queen,” a palace spokesperson told People over the weekend.

At the rainforest, the Duke and Duchess were hooked up to harnesses, complete with stylish orange helmets, and hoisted up a giant tree.

What fun words did the duchess have about her weekend adventure?

“I’m going to go ‘whee’ and just fly up,” Middleton joked on Saturday, People reports.

Prince William, meanwhile, joked about his attire.

“Girls don’t have the same wardrobe malfunctions as men do . . . I hope I don’t have any wardrobe malfunctions,” People quotes the prince saying.

As reported this week, the royal couple have since taken legal action against the French publication. The photos were snapped during the Duke and Duchess’ recent vacation in Provence, France.

“Their Royal Highnesses have been hugely saddened to learn that a French publication and a photographer have invaded their privacy in such a grotesque and totally unjustifiable manner,” a spokesperson said. “The incident is reminiscent of the worst excesses of the press and paparazzi during the life of Diana, Princess of Wales, and all the more upsetting to The Duke and Duchess for being so.”

On Friday, Closer removed the topless photos of Middleton from the magazine's French website and posted the following statement:

Following comments received after the publication of photos of Kate and William in Closer magazine France, we would like to make the following clarifications: This is the French edition of Closer and not the English edition. The photos we chose are by no means degrading. They show a young couple on vacation, beautiful, in love, living a normal life. The article reports that the couple recently vacationed in the south of France.
