Tori Spelling has returned to the hospital after giving birth to her fourth child.

“Tori underwent emergency surgery over the weekend due to complications from her c-section,” her rep tells Celebuzz. “She remains in the hospital and is resting comfortably.”

The 39-year-old Craft Wars host welcomed son Finn Davey via caesarean section in August. Little Finn’s delivery was the Hollywood mom’s fourth c-section and her second child within a year.

“She’s just super fertile,” Spelling’s husband Dean McDermott, 45, explained to Celebuzz about the back-to-back pregnancies back in April.

“It’s so funny how everyone blames the man,” the Due South star said, laughing. “It’s like, ‘Oh my God, will you leave your wife alone?’ But it takes two to tango. She wasn’t putting up that much of a fight.”

On Aug. 30, Spelling and McDermott confirmed the delivery of their fourth child — and second son — on the actress’ personal website, writing:
