Kim Zolciak Reveals First Photos of Son Kash Kade, Calls Pregnant 'Easiest' One Yet (PHOTO)

Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak shared the first official photos of her new son, Kash Kade, on Wednesday inside the pages of Life & Style.

In the exclusive photo spread, Zolciak, 34, is all smiles as she dotes on her latest bundle of joy.

"It was the easiest pregnancy out of all of them!" the mother-of-four revealed in a subsequent interview. "I had a couple of weeks in the beginning that were really rough, but then it was great."

Zolciak, who welcomed Kash in August, also revealed why she loves being a mother.

"There's nothing else in the world like it. I'm just at peace. I was never out there searching for something, but there was always kind of a missing piece, and I have it all now. I literally have everything."

This is the Zolciak's second child with football player Kroy Biermann, whom she married last November. They have another son, KJ, 1.

Zolciak also has two daughters -- Brielle, 15, and Ariana, 9 -- from a previous relationship.
