Chad 'Ochocinco' Johnson Says He's Taking Anger Management Classes
Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson revealed on Wednesday that he is taking anger management classes after getting arrested last month for domestic violence.
"'I'm trying to find out how can I channel my anger when I'm in situations to where I would pop off," Johnson, 34, said on Inside the NFL.
"How can I diffuse those situations, trigger points?" he continued. "Right now I need to work on Chad."
The former NFL star was arrested on August 11 after allegedly head-butting his wife, Evelyn Lozada, an incident which Johnson is now taking full responsibility for.
"'I had an altercation with my wife," he said. "I take full responsibility for it. I apologise for it. I'm human and I made a mistake."
Johnson, who was cut last month from the Miami Dolphins, and Lozada's divorce was finalized Wednesday after just 41 days of marriage.
