‘One Direction’ Gets Dolled Up — Band Made Into Plastic Figurines (PHOTOS)
The British boy band — which has reportedly pocketed more than $160 million over the last two years — are about to make its impact on the toy world: Hasbro has just released five figurines that are selling for $19 each.
But are the mini-me’s true to life?
Indeed. Fans are so impressed with the collectibles that they’re flying off shelves — and have already hit the Toys R Us Christmas “hot toy” list.
Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik comprise the successful pop act. Along with the dolls, the band – whose debut album Up All Night sold over 12 million copies worldwide – also has a comic book in the works called Fame: One Direction.
Do you think Hasbro has done a good job? Do the dolls look like the real thing? Let us know in the comments section below.
