Justin Bieber Gifts Car to Best Friend Sean Kingston: Is He Avoiding Another Paparazzi Chase?

Justin Bieber is taking his friendship with Sean Kingston to a new level: The 18-year-old superstar has gifted his celebrity BFF with his ultra-speedy Fisker Karma sports car.

Perhaps it's a smart move, considering that Bieber had a run-in with authorities in July for reckless driving -- at speeds of around 100 mph -- in the super-sleek car. On Sunday night, Kingston was spotted driving the luxury $100,000 vehicle outside BOA Steakhouse in Los Angeles.

What did Kingston have to say about his BBF's generous gift?

"When you're best friends with one of the biggest pop stars in the world, you get all kinds of gifts," Kingston told E! News. "This is one of them."

The flashy Fisker Karma was originally given to Bieber by his manager Scooter Braun in honor of his 18th birthday. So why would the singer give away his own birthday surprise?

Kingston revealed to E! News that Bieber is looking to upgrade; he'll be getting the newest model of the Fisker Karma soon.

Bieber and Kingston became friends after the Jamaican-American rapper collaborated with the singing sensation on 2010's Eenie Meenie.
