Victoria's Secret Models Miranda Kerr, Erin Heatherton, Doutzen Kroes Reveal Diet Tips for Upcoming Fashion Show

The annual Victoria's Secret Fashion Show -- one of the most anticipated nights of the year -- is coming up in November, but how are the Angels preparing for the big day?

VS model Miranda Kerr, 29, tweeted a picture of herself weight training Tuesday, writing:

Rocking a gray sports bra, Kerr flaunted her flat tummy during her workout session.

Likewise, Leonardo DiCaprio's main squeeze Erin Heatherton is working hard to prepare for the lingerie runway show. The 23-year-old previously revealed to Celebuzz:

"Whenever we shoot VSX, we always get to have a good workout together,” she told us. “Victoria’s Secret has actually helped us get a workout in at work. It’s fun and we look good.”

The workout regimen includes a mix of weight-training, spinning, Pilates and yoga. If that's not tough enough, the girls also adhere to a strict diet.

Angel Doutzen Kroes says she sticks to mostly "clean" food, including fish, veggies and "lots of protein, salads – no chocolates, no candies."
