Justin Bieber Vomits on Stage as ‘Believe’ Tour Kicks Off in Arizona: 'Milk was a Bad Choice,' Singer Tweets (VIDEO)
So much that the 18-year-old was forced to stop in the middle of a performance and well, vomit.
“Great show. Getting better for tomorrow’s show,” the Biebs wrote on Twitter following the concert.
“And . . . Milk was a bad choice!” he added.
According to USA Today, the "Boyfriend" singer left the stage twice but returned both times, apologized to the crowd, and continued with the show.
“It’s hard for me, you know, not feeling great and throwing up in front of a bunch of people,” he told the screaming crowd.
“Will you love me even though I’m throwing up on stage?”
What were some other highlights from Bieber’s opening night?
On Saturday night, Bieber dedicated his performance of “One Less Lonely Girl” to Avalanna Routh, the 6-year-old super fan who passed away on Sept. 26 after a battle with a rare form of brain cancer.
“Goodnight Avalanna. Tonight was for u. I love u,” the singer wrote on Twitter after the show.
Carly Rae Jepsen and Cody Simpson pumped up the crowed earlier in the evening with their opening sets.
Bieber is scheduled to play the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, followed by two nights at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Tuesday and Wednesday.
