Kate Middleton Nude Photo Scandal: Duchess of Cambridge Steps Out for Society Wedding as New ‘Bottomless’ Snaps Surface
On Sunday, the 30-year-old joined her family, which included sister Pippa, mother Carole and father Michael, for the wedding of family friend Thierry Kelaart and Patrick Heathcote-Amory in Oxfordshire, the Daily Mail reports.
Middleton, who attended the event without husband Prince William, opted for a long-sleeved light turquoise dress, nude pumps and a white hat. She appeared to be in good spirits, even smiling for photographers that had piled outside the church.
According to the Daily Mail, the Duchess’ father had the special role of walking Kelaart down the aisle, in place of the bride’s late father.
“The wedding was very well planned and it was a wonderful village occasion. As far as I’m aware the Middletons are very, very old family friends of the bride,” a Church source told the paper.
This is the first time the Duchess has been in the public spotlight since ending her nine-day Diamond Jubilee tour in the Far East.
Besides her Jubilee duties, Middleton has kept a low profile in recent weeks thanks to the superfluous attention she has received from her nude photo scandal.
This weekend, the scandal made headlines again after Danish magazine Se Og Hor reportedly published a 16-page photo spread containing new “bottomless” pictures of the Duchess vacationing in France.
The magazine’s editor has since denied the existence of such photos.
On Saturday, Kim Henningsen told CNN that his publication had only reprinted some of the photos first seen in Closer, the French magazine that was fined nearly one week ago by a French court, after the Duke and Duchess filed and won an injunction.
