Fall is in full effect now that October is officially here, and Hollywood’s heavy hitters are already making way for the changing seasons.

Halle Berry, 46, spent the afternoon with her daughter, Nahla, and fiancé Olivier Martinez, 46, at the local pumpkin patch in Los Angeles, picking up goodies for a full day of carving up jack-o'-lanterns.

The cast of Gossip Girl was busy filming their final season in New York City. Newlywed Blake Lively, 25, was seen rehearsing her lines while she waited for her scene.

Rachel Bilson, 31, was also in the Big Apple and was spotted coming out of a midtown Manhattan building. The actress dressed for the transitional fall weather in a blazer and aztec-print blouse.

Taylor Swift, 22, was filming for her upcoming single “Begin Again” in Paris. The singer got close to locking lips with her adorable male co-star, but we’ll have to wait to see the full video to know if she actually gets a kiss.
