How does Kerr stay in shape?
Kerr has been a longtime health food supporter and follows a strict workout regime to stay slim in her Victoria’s Secret skivvies.
Orlando Bloom’s better half revealed to Harper’s Bazaar magazine: “Rather than diet, my family instilled in me a real appreciation and passion for good health and organic living. I adopt a 80/20 rule. 80% good, 20% indulgent and that works for me and my body personally.”
She added: “I love food and enjoy eating fresh organic produce. I drink warm water and lemon every morning and I also drink lots of good quality purified and preferably alkaline water throughout the day.
Kerr’s key to staying fit is based on one main principle: “I believe that everything in moderation is best.”
The new mother looks absolutely fantastic and adheres to the adage that “food is [her] friend” despite the fact that she needs to be bikini-ready at all times.
