It’s almost here Walking Dead fans!

There are just days left until the Season 3 premiere of everyone’s favorite post-apocalyptic zombie show and the excitement is palpable.

To help get you as involved as possible, Celebuzz can exclusively announce the debut of AMC’s official The Walking Dead Tumblr page and Walker Wednesday on Instagram.

What does the show have up its sleeve for its new Tumblr page and Instagram day?

The page will be a place for fans to submit their very own Walking Dead creations including images and videos. Some of the creations will also be posted on the show’s Facebook page.

In addition, the show’s Instagram -- which was launched during Comic-Con -- is introducing Walker Wednesday. The series will be putting a new zombie sticker onto Instagram each week. Fans can check-in to the show on social media site, Getglue.com, and receive the sticker as well.

And as if those two announcements weren't exciting enough, take a look at our exclusive behind-the-scenes photo above of Michonne (Danai Gurira) above.

What can you expect when the show returns Sunday?

Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and our band of survivors will be heading towards the prison as Hershel’s (Scott Wilson) farm was overrun with Walkers.

Things will be especially tense for Rick and his estranged wife Lori (Sarah Wayne Callies) when the season picks up. When Celebuzz caught up with Callies at the premiere of The Walking Dead in Universal City, Calif. she told us there will be major fall out from Shane’s (Jon Berthnal) death.

“In some ways, [Shane's death] was a big win,” Callies told us. “Lori wants her husband, but he’s going to get killed if he’s not careful. He’s careful. He doesn’t get killed; he eliminates a threat that’s all great. But then Rick says ‘I wanted to do it. I wanted him out of the way.’ And I think that frightens her because she thinks ‘God, maybe he’s turning into Shane in the act of killing him so she pulls back from him.’”

At the beginning of Season 3, she’ll be heartbroken over her fractured marriage and desperate to not be a burden to the group in her delicate and pregnant state.

Meanwhile, lost in the chaos that ensued at the farm in the Season 2 finale, Andrea (Laurie Holden) was saved from certain death by Michonne. We’ll get our formal introduction to the iconic comic book character when the season begins as Andrea and Michonne search for sanctuary. But will they find it in Woodbury?

You'll have to watch to find out.

Season 3 of The Walking Dead premieres Sunday at 9 PM on AMC. Watch our interview with the cast and crew below.

Michonne is a major character in the comic book and Shane was killed by Carl, pre-zombie, back when they were still in the camp outside Atlanta so you got a lot more of him then originally written. In the comic he was killed again later, post zomibe.

I hope this season delivers I'm not liking the Kill Bill chic. Makes a show that has a real life feel to it to a cartoon. Nobody would chain Zombies to themselves, it's like Kirkman thought hmmmm let's get off the realism of the show and add what he thinks would look cool. And getting rid of Shane this early on was a mistake, you were just getting into the story of him, Rick, Lori and the baby. I'm looking forward to the shows return, but I'm hoping it still sticks to the more "Real" element.
