Victoria’s Secret Models Alessandra Ambrosio, Candice Swanepoel and Erin Heatherton Show How They Get Runway-Ready (VIDEO)
In preparation for their big fashion show, Victoria’s Secret has released a series of workout videos starring its own models.
“People always ask us how we get ready for the Victoria’s Secret fashion show,” Swanepoel says in the promo clip. “What does it take for us to train like an Angel? We’ll show you.”
What exercises make the Angels sweat?
Over the next nine weeks, Victoria’s Secret will release videos featuring side planks, tri-cep dips, squats, and kick boxing moves — all of which the models employ in order to their bodies in tip-top shape.
Miranda Kerr — who rocked Victoria’s Secret’s million dollar bra in 2011 — also spilled about how she keeps her post-baby body in shape.
She said of her diet, “Eat healthy and fresh– lots of fruits and vegetables…and green juices. Diet plays a big role in how you look and feel and your energy levels. Eat organic when possible. Don’t deprive yourself. If you want something have it, but eat in moderation.”
