Just a few years after he finished racing through real-time scenarios as Special Agent Jack Bauer on 24, Kiefer Sutherland returned in 2012 with Touch, an hourlong drama about a single father trying to raise his troubled – and uniquely gifted — son.

In the new Blu-ray set for The Complete Season One, the father and son relationship gets fleshed out via a collection of featurettes and deleted scenes, including one Celebuzz exclusively obtained as a preview of the collection’s content.

What touching moment didn’t viewers see during the series’ Season One broadcast?

In the scene, Sutherland’s character Martin is outraged that his son Jake has escaped a care facility twice, and is determined to take Jake away and raise him alone. But Clea Hopkins (Gugu Mbatha-Raw) observes that he’s no more capable of understanding the child than they are, leading to a tragic, tender moment where Jake makes the decision whether to go or stay for all of them.

The Touch: The Complete First Season Blu-ray set is available on Tuesday, October 16. Watch a video below where Sutherland discusses the possibility of a 24 movie.
