'Twilight' Star Kristen Stewart Drops $2.2M on L.A. Home — Near Robert Pattinson (PHOTOS)

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson may no longer be shacking up together — but they're still neighbors.

The Twilight actress recently forked over nearly $2.2 million for a new abode in the exclusive enclave of of Laughlin Park in Los Feliz, Calif. In the wake of her headline-hitting tryst with her Snow White and the Huntsman helmer Rupert Sanders, Stewart split from costar-turned-lover Pattinson back in July and moved out of the couple's $6.3-million L.A. mansion.

But now — just as the couple has been spotted together for the first time since the scandal — Stewart, 22, has scooped up a home just minutes from Pattinson.

How far apart are the Twilight lovebirds?

Stewart's new pad is just 1.5 miles a home owned by 26-year-old Pattinson, according to real estate site Zillow.com.

Situated inside the legendary park, Stewart's two-story hillside house boasts over 3,300 square feet, with four bedrooms — including a master suite with a sitting room and terrace — and four and a half baths, an open chef's kitchen, two fireplaces and terraced gardens.

Each room offers an over-the-tree-top view of the bustling city below. While the expansive interior is made up of contemporary, Southwestern-styled rooms, the backyard offers outdoor space with a sleek swimming pool, fire pit and fountain, all enshrouded in lush tropical landscaping.

Could Stewart's new spot be a sign the lovebirds are patching up their torn relationship? Their time together certainly suggests things are on the mend.

The one-time couple stepped out together on several occasions. On Saturday, they grabbed late-night grub at Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood, according to PEOPLE. The very next evening, the pair joined pals at the Ye Rustic Inn, a hip bar near their Los Feliz homes.

The couple is scheduled to appear later this month alongside their franchise castmates in promotional appearances for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 across the globe, including stops in England, Spain, Germany, Australia, Japan, Brazil and many more.
