'The Middle' Star Eden Sher Talks Sue's Love Life, Co-Star Charlie McDermott's Potential Exit (EXCLUSIVE VIDEO)
Last season, fans saw Sue get her first serious boyfriend -- and then have her heart subsequently broken when he moves out of town. Seeing how the a-dork-able teen is now in her sophomore year in high school, when will Cupid's arrow strike her again?
"There hasn't been much going on with Sue's love life -- yet!" Sher told Celebuzz when she stopped by our Hollywood studio. "You know what they say about sophomore year: The year that no one says anything about."
What about Sher's onscreen brother Axl, who's college-bound as a high school senior this season?
Though Axl may be scouting for schools, Sher assured us that actor Charlie McDermott is staying put on the series.
"He's not leaving the show," she insisted.
"Well, they'll hopefully going to kill him off before he goes to college so they don't have to write him off," she explained, jokingly of course. "There's probably going to be some storyline about him being a slacker of sorts."
As for Sue's future college days? Watch out exclusive interview above to see what Sher said she hopes to see for her character. 'The Middle' airs Wednesdays at 8PM on ABC.
