If there’s one thing vampires need almost as much as blood to keep themselves looking youthful in the afterlife, it’s a good moisturizer.

In a clip exclusive to Celebuzz, Vamps stars Alicia Silverstone and Krysten Ritter contemplate the prospect of eternity as a bloodsucker while applying liberal doses of lotion.

Meanwhile, the duo pauses to consider what it means to get older as youth culture threatens to pass them by.

What phrase inspires Krysten and Alicia to ponder the aging process?

After a friend (Zak Orth) calls to invite them out for an evening on the town, he signs off of the call with “GDG,” which they later discover is slang for “gotta go.”

Meanwhile, Silverstone and Ritter compare the music of 2012 to that of their heyday — the glorious 1980s — while coming to terms with the world of the living — and loving — that threatens to extinguish their immortality.

Vamps arrives on Blu-ray November 13, but it’s available On Demand now. Watch the film’s theatrical trailer below.
