Move over, Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey -- there's a new feud brewing in the music world.

On Wednesday, Lady Gaga lashed out at Die Antwoord after the South African rap group released its music video for “Fatty Boom Boom.”

What's Gaga's problem with the clip?

One of its characters bears a strong resemblance to Mother Monster. In fact, the look-alike wears a meat dress very similar to the outfit Gaga wore two years ago at the MTV Video Music Awards.

In the video, the meat dress-wearing star visits a gynecologist, gets a nasty procedure and afterward, gets eaten by a lion -- all while the group delivers its signature Zef-style rhymes.

While the outrageous and very NSFW storyline is nothing out of the ordinary for Die Antwoord, Gaga gave her own review of the video on Twitter.

“i fink u freaky but you don’t have a hit. hundred thousand tickets sold in SA,” she wrote, referring to the group’s single “I Fink U Freaky” and her upcoming sold-out shows in South Africa.

But Die Antwoord seems to have no problem with the video or its lookalike subject. After Gaga’s Twitter comments, the group responded with the following:

Since premiering on YouTube on Tuesday, “Fatty Boom Boom” has received more than 1.8 million views. Lady Gaga’s Born This Way ball, meanwhile, hits Johannesburg on Nov. 30, followed by a show in Cape Town Dec. 3.

well said, sir. i agree 100%. Die Antwoord is to be taken lightly.. they are all about wits and sarcasm. Their humor and beats satisfy me.

Bragging about how many tickets she’s sold is about the lamest, worst response she could have given. Gaga comes off as a shallow Kardashian. If she were anything more than a marketing genius (no, she’s not an artist) she would have just kept her mouth shut and kept pumping out recycled ’80s pop for her legions of 14 year old fans. And for those of you who are unaware of performance art, don't try to take Die Antwoord too seriously, everything they do is on purpose, even riling up Grandma Gaga. It's art, people, not industrial pop for the mass consumer market.
