News-wise, yesterday was kind of a big deal.

John McClane declared war on Russia, Matthew Vaughn left the X-Men and Twilight got an early start on conquering the box office.

1. A Good Day To Die Hard Gets A New Trailer

The second trailer for Bruce Willisfifth Die Hard movie gives us two things: More set-up for the story and tons of semi-automatic weapons fire.

Judging by the trailer, it looks like John McClane’s trip to Russia to save his son is what the franchise needed to get back on track.

2. X-Men: Days of Future Past Loses Its Director

For the second time in his career, director Matthew Vaughn has left an X-Men movie.

The X-Men: First Class helmer departed the X-Men sequel Thursday, and Future Past producer and former X-Men director Bryan Singer might replace him.
